Remove the drain cover – 

You will find that sometimes doing this you will find hair and other particles that are causing your bathtub drain to clog. This is a common problem in the bathtub. Or you can remove your tub stopper that some drains might have installed. Just pop up the stopper, twist and unscrew, then remove the plate and carefully remove the assembly.

Use a hanger or drain claw –

Straighten out a wire hanger and make a hook on the end. Use this to pull our any hair or any other article that might be causing the clog. Also you can use ‘The Draw Claw” you just stick “The Draw Claw” into the drain and twist, it should pull up hair and other articles.

Use hot water –

This works best if your drain is not completely clogged, carefully pour the water directly into the drain. Avoid splashing the hot water. Let it stand for 10 – 15 minutes and then use plunger.

Baking soda and Vinegar –

You can mix 1/3 cup of baking soda and 1/3 cup of Vinegar and pour into drain. Quickly let the mixture fizz once it does turn on the water from faucet and let it run into the drain. If it does not unclog use a plunger
